Viropil Tablet is used to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It is a combination medicine containing dolutegravir, lamivudine and tenofovir as its main active ingredients. Dolutegravir blocks HIV's integration process, while lamivudine and tenofovir act as fake DNA building blocks that stop HIV from copying itself. All three drugs are active against HIV and hepatitis B.
